Tileray does not collect personal data through the app. We do not operate an account system, upload service, analytics service, or advertising service for Tileray.
Images and documents
Images and PDF pages you select are processed locally on your device. Tileray uses the iOS photo and file pickers so you can choose what to import. We do not receive these files. When you share or save an exported PDF, the destination you choose handles it according to that service's policies.
Local app state
Tileray keeps a local working copy of imported artwork and your latest project settings on this device. Replacing artwork normally removes the previous working copy. A storage error may leave an older copy on the device until you delete the app. Exported PDFs are created in the app's temporary storage on your device and may be cleared later; copies you save or share stay where you put them. Your original file remains unchanged. App preferences and the number of free exports used are also stored on your device. Purchase entitlement is checked through Apple's StoreKit. Device backups and any storage destination you choose are managed by iOS and your own settings.
Purchases
Apple processes the optional Unlimited Exports purchase. We do not receive payment-card details. The app reads the purchase information supplied by Apple to unlock and restore the feature. Apple's handling of purchase information is covered by Apple's privacy policy.
Support email
If you contact us voluntarily, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you send. We use that information to respond to your request. Do not include private documents or payment details unless they are necessary for the support issue. You can request deletion of support correspondence by contacting us.
This website
This support website contains no analytics scripts, advertising, or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may process ordinary technical request information to deliver and secure the website. Visiting the website is separate from using Tileray's local document tools.
Children
Tileray does not require an account or collect personal information through the app, including from children. Purchases are handled by Apple and the controls on the device's Apple Account.
Policy changes and contact
We may update this policy if Tileray's practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
